I am a retired Federal employee who has embarked on a second career as a licensed Realtor with United Real Estate Premier. During my career with the Department of Defense I received more than 20 outstanding performance awards as well as the Exception Civilian Service Awards.
I received this recognition primarily because I focused on providing outstanding customer service. You can be excellent at your job, but if your customer is not happy then you have not succeeded. That is what I bring to real estate. Providing outstanding customer service is my primary mission.
